- Classes normally booked in 6 week courses
- There are breaks between courses coinciding with school holidays/bank holidays etc.
Venues/Fees
- A 6 week venue course, £54, 1 hr class/Kelshall & Johnson Matthey, £45, 50 min class
- ‘Pay As You Go’ (occasional use) per class £11/Kelshall & Johnson Matthey £9.17 per class. There is a minimum booking of 2 classes per person per course & a £3 Zoom Recording available for the length of the course & during the break after the course has finished. You will need to contact me before the beginning of each course regarding space and availability
- If you are unable to attend your usual venue class please let me know ASAP. You can attend another venue class (space permitting)/or receive a free Zoom class recording instead any time during the same 6 week course
Zoom Recordings/Fees:
- Zoom Recording: 1 per course. It is £3 to PAYG clients, Free to clients who have paid for the full course. It will be emailed during the 1st week of the course and available until the next course commences
General Fees Information
- New clients wanting to attend classes or receive Recordings – fees are required no later than a week before the course begins to secure your place. Thereafter fees are required before the end of each course to secure your place for the following one
- All Fees for Venues & Recordings are non-refundable and cannot be carried over to following courses so please check your diary before booking
- Any Classes missed cannot be carried over to following courses
- You could lose your place if you do not pay on time
Considerations
- You are responsible for your own body, work within your pain threshold
- Before class you must inform me of any injuries, ailments, treatments, pregnancies, vaccinations etc. as soon as they occur/change, in case this affects your health and ability to exercise safely & effectively
- Wear comfortable clothing, not too baggy so I can see how the body moves & socked feet, preferably with grip
- Bring a bottle of water & any necessary medication
- You are required to bring your own mat (at least 10mm thickness) & head support if required
- Should your circumstances change at any point please let me know ASAP

Covid 19 Guidelines
- There will be hands on assistance if required & I will sanitise my hands
- It is advised you wash your mat with soapy water before you attend each class. Bring towels should you require head/wrist support as support blocks will not be available. Small equipment will be sanitised before use
- Clients are advised not to attend class if:
– They have symptoms such as new cough, high temperature, breathing difficulties or cold/flu type symptoms
– They have been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with/has any of the symptoms stated above
