• Your details are only required by Bonfitness Pilates in relation to your Pilates class. This helps to tailor exercises to suit the individual and their ability
• Only relevant data is collected with your Health & Safety in mind. This information will never be used for marketing purposes or passed onto a 3rd party
• Next of Kin/Doctor information will only be used in case of emergency
• Therapist details will be used should you wish for me to liaise with them at any point to assist in your physical rehabilitation/wellbeing
• Your data is stored securely on password protected electronic devises and any hard copies are stored in secure cabinets accessed only by Bonfitness Pilates
• Upon leaving your last class your contact details and any communications are kept for the minimum period required by laws and regulations, this is usually no longer than 7 years. After this they will be destroyed/deleted in an appropriate manner
• Communications will cease once you leave unless you state otherwise
• You can withdraw your consent at anytime
• The above details maybe updated at any time
