Booking terms

Everything you need to know about course bookings, fees, missed classes and attending BONFitness Pilates.

Standard course £56.50

Six-week course with one-hour classes.

Standard PAYG £11.25

Per class, with a minimum of two PAYG payments.

Therfield & Kelshall £47.10

Six-week course with 50-minute classes.

Therfield & Kelshall PAYG £9.38

Per class, with a minimum of two PAYG payments.

How bookings work

Classes are normally booked in six-week courses

There are breaks between courses which generally coincide with school holidays, bank holidays and other planned breaks.

Pay as you go bookings

There is a minimum of two PAYG payments. Please contact Louise before the beginning of each course to check space and availability.

Payment information

Securing your place

  • New clients should pay their fees no later than one week before the course begins to secure their place.
  • Existing clients should pay before the end of each course to secure their place on the following course.
  • Fees are non-refundable and cannot be carried over to future courses.
  • Please check your diary carefully before booking.
  • Your place may be lost when payment is not received on time.

Missed classes

Making up a missed class

Please let Louise know as soon as possible when you are unable to attend your usual venue class.

You may attend another venue or class before the end of the current course, subject to space being available.

Missed classes cannot be carried over into the following course.

Zoom recordings

Clients have access to a current Zoom recording of a class, as well as a back catalogue of Zoom classes.

These recordings are available to clients who attend and pay for classes through the Current Clients area of the website.

Before attending

Important considerations

You are responsible for your own body and should always work within your comfortable pain threshold.

Before class, tell Louise about any injuries, ailments, treatments, pregnancies, vaccinations or changes that may affect your ability to exercise safely.

Wear comfortable clothing that is not overly baggy, so Louise can see how your body is moving.

Wear socks, preferably with grips, and bring a bottle of water and any necessary medication.

Bring your own exercise mat with a minimum thickness of 10mm.

Bring your own head support where required and tell Louise if your circumstances change.

Health and wellbeing

Please do not attend if...

  • You have a new cough, high temperature, breathing difficulties, cold symptoms or flu-like symptoms.
  • You have been in contact with someone who is unwell or displaying any of the symptoms listed above.
